Right of Withdrawal (Statutory)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BettingOnTheFuture UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schloßstraße 26, 76646 Bruchsal, Germany, hello@reynua.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

Exclusion of the Statutory Right of Withdrawal

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods (such as our botanical teas) if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Our Voluntary "Try the First Core" Guarantee

Independent of your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return guarantee. You may open the REYNUA DEEP cylinder and consume exactly one (1) Botanical Core. If you are not satisfied, you may return the remaining nine (9) intact cores in their original packaging to us within 14 days of receipt.

Upon receiving the return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. To claim this guarantee, please simply contact hello@reynua.com.
