§ 1 Scope and Definitions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed at reynua.com, a brand of BettingOnTheFuture UG (haftungsbeschränkt), hereinafter referred to as "REYNUA".

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the purchase button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we accept your offer by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices indicated include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Payment processing is handled securely via our payment service provider, Stripe. Available payment methods (e.g., Credit Card, Apple Pay) are displayed during checkout. Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

§ 4 Delivery and Retention of Title

Delivery takes place within 2–3 business days. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 5 Special Conditions for Food Products

Our products consist of consumable botanical teas. Please store them in a cool, dry place. We ensure that all products leave our facilities in pristine condition. Due to health and hygiene regulations, returns are only accepted if the original seal remains unbroken, except as explicitly stated in our Cancellation Policy (Voluntary Guarantee).

§ 6 Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
